Patient has Parkinson's and has serious drool problem. These are almost perfect but are not tight enough at neckline. We have added a special paper around the neck to direct the drool on the bib. We will be ordering more. We are looking ofr ways to tighten the neck. It rolls down his chin and goes under the bib. The barbers paper is working for now. We are looking for another snap that matches and that would make it tighter. He is going to have a special procedure next month to eliminate some of the drool. They are perfect for his meals.
