UPS Ground shipping is free for most orders over $500.00 within the continental United States except bulk, wholesale, or any specially priced orders, please call for more info. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose between delivery methods and view the actual shipping charge for your order before entering any billing information.
Orders received, up until 4:30 PM EST will generally be shipped out the same day (assuming we have no difficulty validating the billing or shipping information); orders received after 4:30 PM EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. Note that orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or the day before a holiday will not be shipped out until next business day after the weekend/holiday. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is best to call for availability if you are choosing an express shipping method.
